- 1000 g minced beef (or 2 x 500 g packs) - 400 g streaky bacon - 150 g spinach - 1 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp black pepper - 2 tbsp olive oil - 1 clove garlic
1) Heat a large skillet over medium-high and add olive oil. 2) Add bacon; cook until crisp, 5–7 minutes. Remove and drain, leaving fat. 3) Add beef; brown 6–8 minutes. 4) Lower heat to medium, add garlic; cook 30–60 seconds. 5) Return bacon; stir. 6) Add spinach in batches until wilted. 7) Season with salt and pepper; cook 1–2 minutes more. 8) Serve hot.
