Gather 2 large naans, 100 g pizza sauce, 150 g shredded mozzarella, 50 g sliced pepperoni, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp dried oregano, 6 fresh basil leaves, salt and black pepper.
Brush naan with oil, place oil-side down, spread sauce, season, top with cheese and pepperoni, cover and cook 4–6 minutes until cheese starts to melt. Optional: finish in 200°C/400°F oven for 3–5 minutes until bubbling and edges crisp.
Scatter torn basil over hot pizzas, slice, and serve immediately.
