A fast, cozy tea you can make in one pot.
- 2 cups water (x2) (simulate the multiple entries is unnecessary; use 4 cups total) - 2 tsp loose black tea or 2 tea bags (x8) - 1 slice fresh ginger (optional) (x8) - 2 tsp honey (x8) - 2 tsp lemon juice (optional) (x8) - 2 whole cloves (optional) (x8)
1) Bring 4 cups water to a gentle boil in a pot. 2) Add tea (loose or bags), ginger, and cloves if using. 3) Simmer 2–3 minutes (loose) or 3–4 minutes (bags). 4) Turn off heat and steep 2 minutes. 5) Strain or remove bags. 6) Stir in honey until dissolved. 7) Add lemon juice to taste. 8) Serve hot.
Adjust sweetness and lemon tang to your preference. Keep a quick single-pot cleanup by rinsing the pot before final serve.
