A 10-minute, ultra-creamy scramble with garlic and Parmesan.
Ingredients: 4 large eggs, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1/3 cup grated Parmesan, 1 tbsp butter, salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
1) Beat eggs lightly with a pinch of salt and pepper. 2) Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over low heat and add minced garlic; cook 20–30 seconds until fragrant. 3) Pour eggs into pan and let sit briefly, then stir slowly with a spatula, scraping from edges. 4) When eggs are mostly set but still slightly runny, sprinkle in Parmesan and fold gently until cheese melts and eggs are creamy. 5) Remove from heat just before fully firm; season to taste and serve immediately.
Tips: Keep heat low and remove from heat early — residual warmth finishes cooking. Variations: add chives, a splash of cream, or a pinch of smoked paprika. Make it a meal: serve on toasted bread or with sautéed mushrooms.
