  • 500 g beef mince

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Combine flour and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add water and vegetable oil, mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead briefly until smooth, wrap and rest for 15 minutes.
